Anonymity is the central pillar of Sigilo. The system adopts technical measures that prevent identification of the reporter based on the data stored by the system.
Technical measures
We don't store IP
The IP address is removed before processing and is not stored in databases, reports, or audit logs.
Random protocol
Each protocol is generated randomly and independently, with no link to the report's data or the reporter.
Temporary sessions
Temporary browsing information is discarded when submission is finished. We don't use mechanisms to identify the reporter later.
No registration
The reporter doesn't create an account, doesn't provide an email, and doesn't supply any personal data.
What we don't collect
What is stored
The content of reports is protected by encryption and accessible only to the managers authorized by the contracting company.
⚠️ Be careful when sending files
Documents, images, and PDFs may contain metadata (author, device, location, or edit history). Review files before submission if you want to fully preserve anonymity.
