The system shows the current status of the report, messages from the managers, and the response deadline.

Possible statuses

New — report received, awaiting review by the managers.

Under review — the managers are evaluating the report.

Responded — a manager has sent a reply or requested more information.

Closed — the report has been concluded.

Receive responses and send new information

During the review, the channel managers may request additional information or send updates. Just visit the page using your protocol to view and reply to messages.
